Enrolment applications are being accepted at St Ambrose Catholic Primary School.
Kindergarten students must turn 5 on or before the 31st July, in the year commencing school, to be eligible to attend.
Years 1 – 6 Limited vacancies are still available for students in Yrs 1 – 6. Please contact the school office – 02 6676 0099 to inquire about vacancies.
Kindergarten enrolment interviews will be conducted in Term 1 & 2. Offer of placement will be issues at the commencement of Term 3 for the following year.
Applications received after Term 2 will only be considered if vacancies exist.
“Conditions of Enrolment” Letters
When an enrolment acceptance letter is issued a “Conditions of Enrolment” letter will also be included. This must be returned to the school in order to confirm and secure the enrolment.
The “Conditions of Enrolment” include:
Acknowledgement of the family to accept the policies and procedures of the school.
A parent / guardian MUST attend school orientation meetings throughout the year. These will be held at night / during the day and are meetings to inform parents of policies / procedures. Failure to attend meetings may jeopardise student enrolment.
School Fee Agreement.
Enrolled students will be invited to attend “Transition Days”. These days will be conducted towards the end of the year. Students will be able to meet their class teacher, spend time in the “new” school, familiarise themselves with their surroundings, classroom and classmates. Families will be contacted with details regarding transition days closer to the date.
